Professional mortgage & protection advice for clients across the UK

Mortgages

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE

The most important point to remember when obtaining a mortgage, is that you are unique and your needs as well as your circumstances differ from everyone else's. It stands to reason then, that your mortgage should be tailored to you and fit your needs.

Our job is to make sure that you get the most appropriate mortgage. It's that simple!

How do we do this?

First off, we have a chat (we call it an initial consultation and it's FREE). During that chat, we'll try to get to know you, your specific requirements and answer any questions that you have. Once we're happy that we've gained enough information, we'll go away to look for the most appropriate mortgages available and return to provide you with quality advice on what we've found and how they fit your personal circumstances. If you like what you hear, we'll then start the application process. This usually involves applying for a decision / agreement in principle first and if successful, going on to submit a full mortgage application. We normally charge a mortgage arrangement fee of £350 payable at the time your mortgage application is submitted to the lender. For more information on fees view our Terms of Business.

We'll be with you every step of the way, from that first contact with us, to the moment you receive the keys to your new property. More importantly, we'll continue to be with you well into the future...looking after you and your family's financial needs.

Our annual review along with interim 'catch-ups', ensures that we continue to provide you with an up-to-date service. We'll check to see if your circumstances have changed in any way, and we'll monitor your mortgage so that when it's up for renewal, we'll be there to find you a better deal if there is one. And should your circumstances change at any point, we'll be in a position to help.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As we are an intermediary, we have access to preferential deals with lenders that are not available to the general public.
