Right to Buy Mortgages
The "Right to Buy Scheme" which is an English scheme only, was introduced in the 1980s giving social housing tenants the right to buy their home, if they wanted to.
Like any mortgage your individual circumstances are taken into consideration with regards to income, outgoings and credit history, along with the valuation of the property.
Not all lenders can help, but advisors4me have links to lenders who can.
PLEASE NOTE:
Right to Buy rules differ in Northern Ireland.
Right to Buy is no longer available in Scotland or Wales.
